What it does
- Shows another calendar’s events behind your own
- Keeps their colours — a red “Deadlines” stays red
- Fades them to 70% by default, adjustable with a slider
- Read-only, so nothing gets changed by mistake
- Hides the whole layer with one click on the Overlay pill
Setting it up
- Choose which calendars to stack in Overlay settings
- Hide individual categories within any of them
- Your choices are yours alone — they never appear on a shared or published calendar
- They’re saved per calendar and follow you across devices
Who can use it
- If a calendar has been shared with you, Overlay works at no extra cost
- Anything you can already open is available to stack
